Balancing motherhood, work, and personal wellness, Deja’s fitness journey is a powerful story of resilience, self-discovery, and transformation. Over the past four and a half years, she has experienced both ends of the spectrum being overweight and extremely underweight while searching for a sustainable, healthy balance that supports her lifestyle and well-being.

Through independent research and the guidance of a trainer who became a trusted friend, Deja began reshaping her approach to health. She learned how to make smarter food choices, understand the role of supplements, and prioritize strength training—not just to transform her body, but to strengthen her mindset and confidence.

Today, fitness is more than a routine for Deja—it’s a lifestyle rooted in strength, discipline, and joy. As a mother, she is driven by a deeper purpose: to prove to herself and other women that it is possible to build a healthy, strong body while managing the demands of everyday life.




Her mission is simple yet powerful—to inspire women, especially mothers, to embrace their fitness journey, find their balance, and have fun becoming the strongest version of themselves.
