Deja’s fitness journey is rooted in perseverance, growth, and self-discovery. Throughout her life, she experienced both extremes of the health spectrum, being overweight at times and extremely skinny at others, while searching for a balance.


Throughout her journey she was navigating the responsibilities of motherhood and the demands of maintaining a work-life balance.


Determined to make a change, Deja began educating herself through independent research and guidance from a trainer who eventually became a close friend. Through that process, she learned the importance of choosing healthier food options, understanding the benefits of supplements, and committing to strength training as a way to build both her mind and body.


As a mother, her journey holds an even deeper meaning. She strives to show other women, that it is possible to prioritize health, stay active, and still have fun while doing it.


Through her example, Deja inspires other women to believe that becoming healthy, staying fit, and enjoying the journey is not only possible, but something they truly deserve.
