Wes began his fitness journey at 21, determined to make a lasting change. After losing 80 pounds, he found his foundation through boxing and mixed martial arts—training that instilled discipline, focus, and mental toughness. What started as a weight-loss goal quickly evolved into a deeper commitment to strength, structure, and personal growth.

Through consistent training, Wes developed a structured program and dedicated himself to lifting, steadily building both physical strength and mental resilience. The discipline he gained in the gym became a guiding force in his life, shaping his mindset, work ethic, and confidence.

What began as a personal transformation has since grown into a lifelong passion. Today, Wes shares that same foundation with his clients as a personal trainer, helping others build confidence, develop discipline, and create sustainable, lasting change.
