Wes began his fitness journey at 21, determined to change the direction of his life. After losing 80 pounds, he discovered his foundation through boxing and mixed martial arts training that instilled discipline, focus, and mental toughness.


What started as a weight-loss goal quickly evolved into something deeper. Through consistent training, Wes built a structured program and committed himself to lifting, steadily developing both physical strength and mental resilience. The lessons he learned in the gym discipline, perseverance, and self-belief, became guiding principles in his life.


What began as a personal transformation ultimately became a lifestyle. Today, Wes shares that same passion as a personal trainer, helping others build confidence, develop discipline, and create lasting change in their own lives.
