Nina Wick is a fitness instructor and personal trainer dedicated to helping others transform through muscle growth, corrective exercise, and sustainable nutrition. Her passion for fitness was born from her own personal journey. At her heaviest, weighing 200 pounds, Nina found herself unsure of where to begin. Through education, consistency, and discipline, she rebuilt not only her body, but her confidence and sense of self.

That transformation became the foundation for her mission. Today, Nina focuses on helping clients build strength, improve movement patterns, and develop realistic nutrition habits that support long-term success. Her approach goes beyond physical change, emphasizing mental resilience, confidence, and overall well-being.

For Nina, fitness is more than a program, it’s a path to self-renewal. She is committed to guiding others toward the same breakthrough that changed her life, empowering them to grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit.
